David Ouma is a 19-year-old boy from Uhembe Village, Kenya, who has faced significant challenges in his young life. His parents passed away when he was just a child, leaving him to fend for himself in a harsh environment. Without the support of extended family, David struggled to survive, often going without food or proper shelter.

Despite these hardships, David’s spirit remained unbroken, and he held onto the hope of a brighter future. That hope was realized when Africa Hope Outreach Child Care Ministries took him in, providing a safe home, access to education, and the loving support of a caring family.

David is now in Grade 10 at the Africa Hope Outreach School, where he is excelling academically. His favorite subjects are mathematics and physics, and he dreams of pursuing a career in engineering. David is grateful for the opportunities he has received, and every Sunday, he attends church with his Africa Hope Outreach family, growing in his faith and understanding of God’s love.
